Robert Evans MRICS
Aede is led by Robert Evans MRICS, a development land specialist with more than 15 years’ experience across strategic land, planning, development and delivery.
Robert has led major residential and mixed-use developments throughout England and Wales, working across the full development lifecycle - from identifying and securing land through planning, infrastructure, procurement and construction to sales, occupation and long-term stewardship.

West Carclaze Garden Village
Development leadership for a phased 1,500-home sustainable community incorporating a school, village centre, employment space, landscape, infrastructure and community amenities.
This included the delivery of 130 low-carbon homes for Cornwall Council.
Plasdwr, Cardiff
Experience helping bring forward Cardiff’s 7,000 home urban extension, including strategic land promotion, planning, infrastructure delivery and land disposals.
Experience
Robert’s wider experience spans land agency, valuation and development consultancy, advising private landowners, estates, housebuilders and public bodies across England and Wales. He combines market insight and commercial judgement with experience in land transactions, development appraisal, business planning and team leadership, focusing on creating value through commercially viable development shaped by place and landscape.
This experience gives Aede a practical understanding of what it takes to turn complex development ambitions into successful places.
